  • What is On Demand Reformer ?

On-Demand Reformer is a self-guided Reformer Pilates session that allows you to train on the machine at a time that suits you.

Instead of a live instructor leading the class in the room, your session is guided through a professionally programmed workout displayed on screen. You follow along at your own pace while still using the full Reformer machine.

    Think structure without pressure.

    Freedom without confusion.

    It’s ideal if you:

    • Can’t always make fixed class times

    • Like repeating sessions to track progress

Each workout is designed with intention, so you still get a focused, effective session targeting strength, core stability, mobility and endurance.

You book your slot, arrive, clip in, press play and move.
